What CVPC Certification Means — Guest & Owner Explainer
CVPC Condition Certification

Know Before You Book. Know Before You Buy.

An independent grade that tells you exactly what condition a vacation home is really in — not a review, not a marketing claim.

The CVPC grade is an independent verification of a vacation home's condition, cleanliness, and maintenance. Every CVPC‑certified home is professionally inspected using a detailed, 100‑point checklist and re‑inspected annually.

Please note CVPC Condition Certification evaluates the physical condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of a property at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee of future condition, a safety warranty, a review of hospitality or service quality, or a substitute for the guest's or owner's own due diligence. Grades reflect a point‑in‑time assessment and are subject to change at annual re‑inspection. CVPC Certification evaluates property condition only — it does not rate service quality, décor style, or luxury level.
