Structural & Exterior

Assesses the physical integrity of the property, including foundations, roofing, walls, balconies, windows, and exterior finishes. Confirms the building is sound, weather resistant, and properly maintained to protect long term value and guest safety.

Safety & Compliance

Verifies that the property meets required safety standards and local regulations. Reviews fire protection, emergency exits, railings, lighting, and general risk factors to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all guests.

Mechanical Systems

Evaluates core systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water heating, and ventilation. Confirms systems are functional, reliable, and operating within acceptable standards to avoid failures during guest stays.

Interiors

Reviews interior conditions including floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, furnishings, and finishes. Ensures spaces are clean, durable, and well maintained, reflecting quality standards expected by guests and owners alike.

Amenities & Guest Readiness

Assesses the condition and functionality of amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, pools, outdoor spaces, and technology. Confirms the property is fully equipped, operational, and ready for immediate guest use.

Accessibility

Evaluates ease of access throughout the property, including entrances, pathways, stairs, bathrooms, and common areas. Reviews whether the property supports inclusive use and clear navigation for guests with varying mobility needs.
